FIC Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a whole tea leaf which has been half oxidized / fermented. Therefore, it is called half-fermented tea. Oolong tea contains about the same amount of caffeine as green tea. Drinking few cups of Oolong tea daily reduce your fat:

Doctor Nakamura, from the Society for the Coronary Arteries, conducted clinical tests using oolong teas. He had over-weight people drink five to six cups of oolong tea every day and measured cholesterol value in their blood.

According to his research, the average value of their cholesterol in the beginning was 236milligrams / 100cc; the average weight was 65 kilograms (142.5 lbs.). Four weeks later, the average value of cholesterol declined to 227 milligrams/ 100cc; the average weight declined to 63 kilograms (138 lbs.). Moreover, eight weeks later, the average value of cholesterol declined to 218 milligrams; the average weight declined to 62 kilograms (135.9 lbs.).

For example, a thirty-seven year old male, with arteriosclerosis, started drinking oolong tea. After three months drinking oolong tea frequently, his cholesterol value declined from 320 milligrams to 150 milligrams. His constricted blood pressure also declined from 170 to 130 which is a normal value.

St. Antonio Medical Academy in Paris and National Medical Science Laboratory, France, have conducted clinical tests on twenty some patients who drink oolong tea from Unnanshou, China. The result of the tests shows that the average cholesterol value of all patients declined 22 % after two months.

Fukken Medical University in China conducted medical examinations for 1181 adults. According to the examinations, the ratio of people with arteriosclerosis between a group of people who drink tea on a daily basis and a group of people who do not drink tea differed 1.4 % and 3.1%. In other words, the risk of having arteriosclerosis for the people who do not drink tea on a daily basis is twice as high as the people who drink tea on daily basis. As a result, oolong tea is proved effective for the people with obesity or arteriosclerosis.

Drinking Oolong Tea restraining a cancer outbreak:

Besides the numerous research, Fukken Medical University in chaina, some research shows other interesting results on oolong tea. Researchers at the university had two groups of mice; one group was drinking oolong tea while the other was not. The researchers gave carcinoma substance to both groups of mice and checked for a tumor. Ninety percent of mice in the group, which did not drink oolong tea, developed cancer while 32 % of mice in the group, which was drinking oolong tea, did not develop cancer. The result clearly showed that oolong tea could restrain a cancer outbreak.
